Vintana offers shipping pan-India only on all orders.

Order Processing:

• Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days from the date of order confirmation.
• We use our trusted courier partner for shipping.

Delivery Time:

• Orders are delivered within 3 to 7 days of dispatch
• Deliveries are made as per the standard policy of our courier partner.
• Please note that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays in delivery.

 Shipping Charges:

• We offer Free shipping on all orders shipped within India.
• No additional charges will be charged for Cash-On-Delivery (COD) payment mode.

 Default on Shipping:

• If Vintana fails to dispatch the order within 10 days of order confirmation, the customer is entitled to request a refund.

 Courier Partner Liability:

• Vintana is not liable for any delays in delivery caused by the default of our courier partner.

 Compensation for Shipment Default: 

• Vintana is not liable for any compensation in case of a shipment default.
